Using the same underlying engine which powers the CaseEnsemble litigation case maangement deployment, Xerdict completed a new module to help corporate clients track and manage internal investigations.
 
April 2010.  Xerdict announces new deployment.    
Using the same underlying engine which powers the CaseEnsemble litigation case maangement deployment, Xerdict completed a new module to track and manage information about the experts associated with a particular case or practice group. This allows for the storage of documents about the experts, their work product and the classification of experts.
 
January 2011.  Xerdict announces new features.     
Several of the core Xerdict functions, including user facing query engine, file storage functionality and case management capabilities have been improved.

June 2010.  Xerdict expands litigation calendar calendaring software offering.     
Several elements of new functionality, including the ability to push updates and calendar status reports containing calendar changes out to smart phones and other mobile devices both on a scheduled basis as well as on-demand, are included in this new feature set.

March 2010.  Xerdict announces new features.     
Several of the core Xerdict functions, including file loads, the PDF Report Writer, processes to store and retrieve case management data and data exporting have been optimized using new features resident within Oracle and other recently deployed technologies.
 
February 2010.  Xerdict releases new and improved online query engine capabilities.     
The user-facing Xerdict query engine, an element of functionality which allows end-users to create and refine their own system reports, has been improved. Users can now clone existing queries, copy queries and set permissions and rights on queries, all of which makes the query engine an even more powerful tool for the Xerdict user community.
 
January 2010.  Xerdict expands user notification engine.     
The Xerdict user notification engine, which updates users via email when key events approach or important data is loaded or updated in the system, was further enriched allowing end-users to utilize a larger number of logic-based criteria to generate and manage the event-based or time-based system notifications.

This article describes the need to provide corporate managers and attorneys with the reporting systems and methodologies necessary to help better manage legal outside spend. It details both the data collection process and the reporting system feature set needed to make these efforts successful.
 
July 2009.  Xerdict announces expanded "Practice Group Portal" capabilities.     
Using the same underlying engine which powers CaseEnsemble, Xerdict has completed several additional practice group and content management portal implementations. These systems allow pre-defined business or proactice groups to share data, or for ad-hoc teams to create content management areas to track and manage a myriad of information relating to the special project which the group is tackling.
 
June 2009.  Xerdict expands expert witness repository and tracking capabilities.     
Using the same underlying engine which powers the CaseEnsemble case management production which provides sophisticated case management tracking services to clients, Xerdict has completed a new bolt-on module allowing for the tracking and management of all the expert witness related to a litigation. This includes contact details, locations to add prior work product, a picture, a CV, and many other types of useful data and information.

This article describes the Sedgiwck Drug and Medical Device Practice Group Portal, detailing both the technologies and business processes deployed to make these collaboration system a success.
 
March 2009.  Xerdict announces new Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support capabilities.    
Xerdict continues to expand and enhance their capabilities in this area, providing clients with workflow systems, processes to trigger reminder emails and customized reports to those working on litigation support or EDD projects related to key document updates and approaching deadlines, enhanced capabilities to bulk load documents and data, and several other new features and system enhancements.
